Event Pickup shipping option

In order to qualify for event pickup you must already have ordered your event ticket, this does not have to be the next event. Your order must be made more than 7 days before the start of the event you wish to pick the item(s) up at (for 2 day events this would be 23:59 two Fridays before the start of the event. For 1 day events on a Saturday this would be 23:59 two Fridays before the event, for 1 day events on a Sunday this would be 23:59 two Saturdays before the event). If you choose Event Pickup without a valid ticket we will attempt to contact you to arrange payment for shipping at our standard rate if you are in the UK. If you are outside of the UK your order will be cancelled and refunded. If you have a valid ticket to an event within 7 days of the date of the order and you select Event Pickup we will work to get your item(s) ready for you to pickup however we cannot guarantee this, and if we are unable to do so we will arrange payment of our standard shipping fee.
